FELICITY GOLDING
 

Felicity Golding (Vice-Chair and Trustee for Education) has extensive, in depth knowledge of the education sector, nationally and locally in Suffolk, including serving as an OFSTED inspector and senior Education adviser for Norfolk County Council. She plays an important role in co-ordinating village Community Concerts and Schools Enrichment Visits.

LESLIE OLIVE
 

Leslie Olive, conductor and  artistic director of the Suffolk  Philharmonic Orchestra, has  also conducted the  Philharmonia Orchestra, the  Royal Philharmonic Orchestra,  the English Chamber Orchestra and the London Mozart Players. He founded Suffolk Philharmonic in 2012.

WIETSKE HENDRIKSEN
 

Wietske Hendriksen – (SPO Trust Secretary and Project Director) has led major functions with Reigate Summer Music, organised and led international Choir tours, and has been involved with project management for SPO concerts since its inception.

MAJOR PHILIP
HOPE-COBBOLD
 

Philip Hope-Cobbold was born at Glemham Hall in 1943, lived in Holland 1946-49 and then with his mother in Framlingham for 10 years, followed by Easton for some 30 years, before inheriting The Glemham Hall Estate in 1994 after 30 years in the Army, serving in Germany, Malaya , Canada, N. Ireland, Oman and the UK. He is a Deputy Lieutenant for the County and is Patron of Ipswich Town Football Club. His other interests are, tennis, field sports and red wines.

PROFESSOR CHRIS HIGGINS
 

Professor Chris Higgins FRSE FRSA FMedSci has recently retired home to Suffolk after eight years as Vice-Chancellor of Durham University.

He was a junior exhibitioner Royal College of Music (many years ago) where he won the Hugh Bean prize for violin, but has spent his career in academic research and leadership, including Nuffield Professor and Head Department at the University of Oxford and Medical Research Council Director and Professor at Imperial College London.

He has served on or chaired many Government Advisory Boards. He currently Chairs the Trustees of the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain and is a Governor of West Suffolk College.

NICK WILSON
 

Nick specialises in information  management and is a master’s  graduate of Leicester and  Loughborough Universities.

More recently Nick has focused  on providing technical advice to the UK Transport sector.

With over 15 years’ experience of senior IT management he has had major involvement in many local and national IT projects and he and his team assist the SPO with their online presence including their website and social media.
