ARMISTICE DAY CONCERT

After the huge success of the first two SPO Remembrance Sunday concerts at the Corn Exchange in 2016 and 2017, the Orchestra returns with a programme of bright and attractive popular classics – focused with two unforgettable pieces strongly associated with Remembrance-tide.

  • Copland: FANFARE FOR THE COMMON MAN
  • Barber: ADAGIO FOR STRINGS
  • Beethoven: “EMPEROR” CONCERTO – Piano Concerto No. in E flat
